Authorized Distributor of Record (ADR) Information

VELCADE® (bortezomib) for Injection
Millennium Pharmaceuticals, Inc. distributes VELCADE exclusively through MillenniumDirect® This distribution channel is a sole source, open access drop ship model, where the product is shipped directly from MillenniumDirect to the end customer. Certain distributors and wholesalers are permitted to place orders with MillenniumDirect on behalf of their customers, and MillenniumDirect ships directly to these end customers. MillenniumDirect is administered by Integrated Commercialization Solutions (ICS), a subsidiary of AmerisourceBergen Specialty Group, our primary Authorized Distributor of Record (ADR).
Cardinal Health SPS serves as our third party logistics company (3PL) for Millennium, maintaining inventory stock and shipping VELCADE to ICS for distribution through MillenniumDirect. Cardinal Health SPS is also considered an ADR of VELCADE.
With the exception of AmerisourceBergen, Cardinal Health and McKesson Corporation, the following wholesalers and distributors are not considered ADR's but they have been approved to place orders on behalf of their customers through MillenniumDirect:
