Dr. Deborah Dunsire, President and CEO of Millennium: The Takeda Oncology Company, recently spoke with The New York Times and was featured in the “Corner Office” column of the paper’s Sunday Edition.
In her interview, Dr. Dunsire offers lessons learned throughout her career, which spans more than 20 years and four continents. She cautions other executives of being too overbearing and encourages them to step back from a situation and allow junior team members to work their way through a problem, which is a lesson she learned firsthand.
