In addition to 14 paid holidays, including a holiday break between Christmas and New Year's Day, each year, employees receive 15 vacation days and one community service day to give back to the community.

Vacation
Full-time employees earn 15 vacation days each year. Beginning at your three-year anniversary, you earn one additional day per year through your 7th anniversary (up to a maximum of 20 vacation days).
