Millennium values its relationships with external professional staffing agencies. To protect the interests of all parties involved, we require a signed agreement per position between Millennium and the agency before presentation of any candidates. All candidates brought to the attention of Millennium by a recruiter must be presented through the Human Resources department. Direct contact by recruiters with Millennium employees in an attempt to present candidates is inappropriate and precludes establishment of a professional relationship with our company.
We do not accept unsolicited resumes from any source other than directly from candidates for current or future positions. Submission of unsolicited resumes in advance of a signed agreement between Millennium and a recruiter does not create any implied obligation on the part of Millennium.
