Life Insurance
Millennium offers the Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance of two times your base annual salary, at no cost to you. You also may purchase up to 5 times your base salary up to $500,000 in voluntary group term life insurance coverage through Unum for you, your spouse or domestic partner, and children at competitive group rates.
Disability Coverage
Millennium's disability plan is designed to replace a portion of your income should you become disabled. Our short-term disability program replaces 100% of your earnings for up to 90 days, at no cost to you. Our long-term disability (LTD) coverage replaces 66 2/3% of your earnings, up to $10,000 per month, generally for the duration of your disability. You may choose Company-paid or employee-paid LTD premiums.
Auto and Home Insurance Discount Program
Millennium employees receive special discounted rates on auto, home and tenant insurance through Liberty Mutual's Group Savings Plus Program.
Pet Insurance
Millennium employees may enroll in discounted pet insurance through Veterinary Pet Insurance (VPI) to help care for the extended members of the family.
