1. Application Process
If you have found a job that interests you on this website, you can apply for it online. If you do not see a specific job you may also submit your resume into our database. Our recruiters run routine searches based on specific skills required for a particular position.

2. Resume Review and Evaluation
As appropriate, our recruiters will evaluate your qualifications, interest, and experience with current staffing needs. If we believe that there may be a fit, we'll get in touch with you. If there isn't a perceived fit, your resume will generally remain on file for a year and is available to recruiters for future consideration.

3. Interview/Getting to know each other
We'll call identified and qualified candidates for an initial screening or introduction to determine whether your qualifications are a good fit for the position you have applied for. If a match is identified during the initial screening you will be invited to interview and meet with team members to get a better understanding of our mutual interests. This assessment may take more than one visit, as our selection process is designed to create a thorough introduction for both parties.

4. Hiring Decision
The Millennium hiring team will evaluate the candidates for a specific position and make a decision preceding an offer of employment to the selected candidate. The resumes of those candidates not selected at this time, who may be considered a fit for future opportunities with Millennium, will generally remain on file for a year and are available to recruiters for future consideration.
