Wellness is a top priority at Millennium and we want you to take advantage of our health benefits right away. Beginning on your hire date, you and your eligible dependents may select medical, dental and vision coverage, flexible spending accounts and you may participate in a variety of wellness and fitness programs.

Medical Insurance
We offer two plans through Blue Cross Blue Shield; an Exclusive Provider Organization (EPO) and Blue Cross Blue Shield Preferred Provider Organization (PPO). Both plans allow members the freedom to seek care without referrals, which gives you the flexibility to coordinate your own care. If you see an "in-network" or preferred provider, the plans offer the same coverage, however, the PPO offers out-of-network benefits through non-preferred providers.

Dental Insurance
We provide comprehensive dental coverage through the Delta Dental PPO Plus Premier program. Preventive care is covered at 100%, restorative care at 80% and major restorative at 50% up to an annual maximum. Our plan also offers orthodontia benefits to all members.

Vision Insurance
Vision Service Provider (VSP), the nation's largest provider of eye health services covers eye exams, lenses, frames, and contact lenses. Co-payments and limits vary for service type.

Flexible Spending Accounts
You can place up to $5,000 annually in a pre-tax account for healthcare to cover eligible out-of-pocket medical, dental and vision expenses. You may also contribute up to $5,000 annually for dependent care reimbursement to cover related expenses.

Best Doctors
Best Doctors is a unique service that provides employees and their dependents insight to help answer questions related to a medical condition; it's like getting a second opinion. They will help you and your treating physician answer two questions – is the diagnosis right and is the treatment plan correct.

Wellness and Fitness Commitment
At Millennium we believe a healthy person is happier and more productive in their personal life and at work. To promote health and wellness at Millennium, we provide onsite services, fun events and seminars. These programs are designed to help employees find ways to handle health issues and to enhance overall quality of life. These events, seminars and online programs are delivered by medical, health and fitness professionals, and encompass such topics as life/work balance, nutrition, physical fitness, ergonomics and stress reduction.

In addition to our wellness programs, Millennium supports fitness in a variety of ways such as subsidies and discounts to local gyms and health studios.
