Base Salary
Base salary is an employee's regular rate of pay, which is reviewed on an annual basis. Base pay reflects an employee's position responsibilities, competencies, skills, qualifications and performance over time.

Cash Bonus
The Millennium Success Sharing Plan pays an annual cash bonus based on the achievement of overall Company goals and the employees own performance toward achieving these goals. The plan especially rewards high performers when goals are achieved.

Long-Term Incentive
The Millennium long-term incentive program allows employees to participate in the long-term growth of the Company and share in the Company's success. It is designed to align employee interests with Takeda shareholders as well as encourage employees to focus on Millennium performance.

Recognition Awards
These programs recognize unique individual, manager and team contributions that clearly exceed expectations with cash and non-financial recognition awards.
